ALOE VERA EYEWASH

This eyewash is useful for sore eyes and conjunctivitis. Add a minute pinch of salt to each eye bath to help prevent the leaching of minerals from the eyes.

TO MAKE AN EYEWASH
2 tbsp (10ml) Aloe Vera juice
2 tbsp (10ml) spring or distilled water
  • Pour the Aloe Vera juice and distilled water into a clean glass and stir together well.

Reccommended Usage

Apply a few drops to the eye, blinking continuously. Treat both eyes to prevent the infection from spreading. Sterilize the eye bath before using on the other eye.

Adults and children ovser 3 years, can use the eyewash up to three times daily, for 2-3 weeks. For children younger than 3 years, consult a doctor.
